Made to Measure
1. Shoulder to Shoulder
Stand relaxed and with both arms hanging loosely down the sides.
Place the tape measurement at the point where your shoulder and arm join.
Now measure your shoulder width from the back.
straight across and around your back, bringing it to the front.
Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips.
Wrap a tape measure around your waist midway
between these points to find your measurement.
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your hip.
Measure the length from the top stitching on the shoulder to the bottom of the wrist.
Aim for hitting your wrist bone with the measuring tape.
6. Upper arm circumference
Wrap a tape measure around the thickest part of your upper arm.
Keep the tape measure somewhat taut, but do not let it dig into your skin.
Measure the full length from the shoulder to your feet.
8. Neck circumference
Wrap a tape measure around your neck and take your measurement.
