If for any reason you want an exchange/refund, you may return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order providing you pay for the return shipping costs and return the good(s) to us in perfectly saleable condition. Please email us on email@example.com with the order no. and the name(s) of the items you wish to exchange/return and once your return has been authorised, a return address will be provided to you. Once the address has been provided, items must be sent back to us within 7 days for UK customers and 21 days for international customers.
We will only offer a exchange/return if all tags are still attached, the garments are unworn and are in perfectly saleable condition.
Unfortunately we do not refund the original cost of shipping unless there is a proven instance of a defect or as a result of fault on our part.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the items appear to have been worn or if there is damage caused by the customer.
Mirage by numra reserves the right to refuse a return if the above procedure has not been followed.
We recommend using a form of Recorded Delivery (if based within the UK) to return your items to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Mirage by numra We will not reimburse the customer for return shipping costsÂ unless there is a proven instance of a defect or as a result of fault on our part.
